Processing time
Supplements and pendants ship from our fulfillment center in Carmel, Indiana, within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

The $100 free-shipping threshold is based on your order total after discounts. Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier and your location.
Apparel
Our apparel is printed to order by our production partner and ships separately from supplements, with its own tracking email. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before it ships. Some items are produced outside the United States and can take longer to arrive. Apparel shipping is charged at checkout and isn't included in free shipping.
Subscriptions
Each subscription renewal ships on its billing date with the same processing time. Shipping for renewals is charged at the standard rate shown at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, email us within 14 days of the delivery date. If it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Write to contact@psnutrition.net with your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away: we can update it until your order ships.
